time will fly be before you know it you'll all be together again.

My girls were excited to see another 'mixed' family 😀

    Have a peaceful pre-day.

    Shabbat Shalom

YahKheena – I am so intrigued by your name, I went to your blog and read their meanings. At what point in your walk did you take on new names?

I think that the 2nd one is my fav too!

Mixed? whatever do you mean? we are both believers… 🙂 LOL, I know the kids get a kick out of that as well, they loved looking at some of your family pictures.

    Shabbat Shalom!

Becky~ at what point did we take on new names… it was a couple of years ago. During Hannukkah I beleive, we were learning about hellanism (sp) and it impacted me so that I desried to change my name. Names mean something and through scripture you can see where each person fullfilled the destiny of their name, so I as I stated in my blog post, I want Him to establish me 🙂 Also I'm a new person, grafted into Israel so with my new identity I wanted a new name. A Hebrew name not a greek name. My girls followed suite in time. My dh Joseph sometimes ever refers to himself as Yahsef ;-D

Thank you for the explanation. My children all have Hebrew names as well as more anglicized names. The study of assimilation in relation to Hanukkah is so powerful. I look forward to more posts 🙂
